Job summary

Teleperformance in Pasig is seeking a dedicated Training Team Lead to guide the Retail Account's training initiatives. You will mentor trainers, design and implement learning programs, and ensure delivery aligns with client and business goals.

The role requires 2–3 years in training with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity, strong knowledge of adult learning, and hands-on experience with LMS, MS Office, and virtual training platforms. Onsite work at Silver City, Pasig is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Training with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience in performance management and trainer development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support Trainers in the effective delivery of training programs.
• Design, develop, and implement training strategies that support operational and organizational goals.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and developmental programs as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback mechanisms.
• Identify training needs and skill gaps, and develop action plans to address them.
• Ensure training materials, curriculum, and resources are up-to-date and aligned with client and business requirements.
• Conduct coaching sessions, side-by-side observations, and performance reviews for members of the training team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and other support groups to drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Support onboarding, transition, upskilling, and refresher training programs.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative learning solutions.
• Ensure all training activities are completed within established timelines and quality standards.
