Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Supervisor/5+ years experience in Sales - Retail to be preferred.
• Amenable to work in Tumauini, Isabela.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's stability and reputation by complying with laws and SOPs.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job performance.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe, clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ & Superior (sales, new staff, assignments).
• Send documents to HQ and Superior.
• Follow established guidelines and SOPs.
• Handle other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
