Job summary

MR.DIY Philippines is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive sales growth while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in retail, with strong leadership, organizational, and merchandising skills.

The successful candidate will set up displays, manage staff performance, ensure SOP compliance, handle banking, and coordinate withHQ to support store objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field
• Fluent in Filipino and English
• Minimum 5 years in Retail industry
• Strong organizational, leadership and people management skills
• Experience in merchandising and coaching preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays
• Ensure daily store operations run properly
• Keep the store tidy and clean
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas
• Greet and serve customers
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations
• Ensure safe and clean store environment for employees and customers
• Daily bank-in of store sales
• Stock and order own-use items
• Report updates to HQ and supervisor
• Send documents to HQ and supervisor
• Work within SOP and guidelines
• Other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager
