Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a capable Store Supervisor to drive sales, oversee daily operations, and maintain a tidy, compliant store environment.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, merchandising, and people-management abilities to inspire the team and meet targets. The ideal candidate will have at least five years in retail, fluency in Filipino and English, and willingness to work in Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail industry.
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years of experience in Sales - Retail/General.
• Willing to work in Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store's daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
