Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Tandag City to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will set up displays, supervise staff, and maintain store standards in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in retail, and strong leadership and coaching skills. You will report to the Branch Manager and work on a full-time basis at the Tandag store location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• At least 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Preferably a supervisor or senior retail professional.
• Able to work in Tandag City Surigao del Sur.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order supplies as needed.
• Complete and report sales, staffing, assignments to HQ and superiors.
• Submit documents related to HQ and superiors.
• Work within established SOPs and guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
