The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in retail, and strong leadership and merchandising skills. The role requires excellent organizational and people management abilities, with a proven track record in coaching staff and ensuring compliance with SOPs and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in the Retail industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, people management and coaching skills.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Sipocot Camarines Sur.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Oversee daily store operations and maintain tidiness.
• Greet and serve customers; ensure excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and SOPs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team for efficient operations.
• Maintain safe and clean store environment for staff and customers.
• Daily bank deposits and stock management.
