MR.DIY Philippines is seeking a qualified Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at our store in the Philippines. The role focuses on driving sales growth, merchandising displays, and ensuring a well-run store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, people management, coaching and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the sales area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, training, coaching & disciplining staff; monitor & appraising.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees & customers by providing safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering items as needed.
• Complete, update & report to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
