Qualifications

• Supervisor/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and display merchandise.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and comply with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Bank-in of daily store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, hiring, and assignments to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOP and established guidelines.
• Handle other duties from Asst/Branch Manager.
