Job summary

MR.DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor in Miagao, Iloilo City. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, organizing gondolas, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining a clean, compliant store environment.

You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in retail, strong organizational and leadership skills, and is amenable to working in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• 5 years working experience in Retail industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership & communications, people management, coaching, merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's stability & reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
