Smart Communications, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a frontliner to drive revenue using comprehensive digital solutions and by upgrading plans and promoting value-added services. You will assess customer needs, build trust-based relationships, and ensure first contact resolution.

You will also solicit feedback, manage VIP relationships, and participate in cross-selling and upselling to grow the customer base while maintaining service quality and adherence to company standards.

Formación

• College graduate, preferably in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or related courses.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a sales-related frontliner role, such as QSR crew or customer service agent.
• Strong ability to upsell and cross-sell while maintaining customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers target through comprehensive digital solutions to customers.
• Increases revenue through upgrade of plans/packages, promotion of value-added services, and endorsement of referrals by effectively assessing customer needs.
• Ensures first contact resolution and quality/customer service standards by identifying customer needs, building trust-based relationships, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Proactively solicits customer feedback and maintains relationships with customers, including VIP handling.
• Builds long-term customer relationships, handles inquiries, requests, and complaints, and acquires new customers through cross-selling and upselling.
• Observes daily routine, sales, aftersales, cashiering, and inventory business processes.
• Ensures service fulfillment delivery for services covered by commercial agreements with affiliated companies such as PLDT and Cignal.
• Handles Infinity sales and aftersales transactions.
