Job summary

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop campaigns (display, influencer/affiliate, content, paid media), and provide data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of digital media sales, advertising, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social, programmatic, influencer, content marketing, and search.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Agency-side or vendor experience is required; experience in both agency and direct-brand environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients; build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop customized digital advertising solutions across display, influencer/affiliate, content marketing, and paid media.
• Plan and implement sales strategies with senior leadership; identify new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Participate in pitching and presenting to potential clients.
• Monitor campaign performance; provide insights to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Lead generation and mass outreach using Apollo and GMass.
• Review and respond to client briefs and ongoing communications.
• Coordinate internally using Google Chat and Basecamp for requests.
