Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of retail sales and operations experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores or retail locations.
• Strong background in sales management, revenue growth, inventory, merchandising, and store operations.
• Experience in recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and staff scheduling.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of retail policies, labor regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Willing to travel within Negros and work weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules as needed.

Retail Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, inventory, and customer service.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and other departments to ensure consistent operational standards across stores.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Customer Service

• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and concerns.
• Address customer complaints and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support upselling and other sales initiatives to maximize store performance.

People Management

• Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of retail staff, cashiers, and merchandisers.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure staff effectively fulfill their roles and responsibilities.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules based on operational requirements.

Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory activities, including receiving deliveries, stocking, inventory counts, and stock monitoring.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and address discrepancies promptly.
• Support loss prevention initiatives and proper inventory control procedures.

Sales and Visual Merchandising

• Monitor sales performance across stores and analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Marketing to maintain attractive and effective product displays that support sales and enhance the customer experience.

Compliance and Administration

• Ensure stores comply with company policies, procedures, health and safety standards, labor regulations, and other applicable requirements.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, including attendance and staff schedules.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
