Job summary

Koko Mart Trading Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and supervise store staff at our Laguna location. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing company standards.

You will oversee cash handling, compliance, and training, working to achieve monthly and quarterly targets while fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 2–5 years in retail with 1–2 years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• On-site work in Primark Sta. Cruz, Laguna.
• Basic knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety and security standards.
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate store staff performance.
• Handle scheduling, attendance monitoring, and on-the-job training.
• Foster a positive and respectful team environment.
• Oversee stock replenishment, accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure attractive product displays.

The Store Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the assigned retail store, ensuring sales targets are met, store operations run smoothly, and customers receive excellent service. This role also leads and motivates the store team, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures compliance with company policies and standards.
