Job summary

PFV Human Resources Consulting seeks a Store Operations Manager with 3–5 years in retail operations or marketing to lead SOPs, inventory, openings, and campaigns across channels in a multi-branch environment in the Philippines.

The role requires supervising staff, coordinating with departments and external partners, analyzing market trends and customer feedback to drive business decisions, and occasional travel between store locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or marketing, preferably multi-branch.
  • Proven experience in SOP implementation and inventory monitoring.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating store openings is an advantage.
  • Strong background in marketing, promotions, and campaigns across channels.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to support decisions.
  • Experience in staff supervision and training.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and cross-department coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Willingness to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and aids in creating store manual, guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Ensures store operations follow standard operating procedures.
  • Leads, plans and coordinates with other departments on store openings.
  • Monitors supplies inventory at each store.
  • Monitors performance of store employees and provides training as necessary.
  • Addresses inventory, sales, display and scheduling concerns.
  • Develops and executes marketing campaigns across print, web, social media, and broadcast.
  • Conducts customer feedback surveys, market research and competitive intelligence.
  • Develops marketing/promotional materials and manages their use.
  • Implements timely sales promotions and incentives programs; engages third-party agencies when needed.
  • Performs other duties as required on a temporary basis.

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Leads and aids in the creation of store manual, guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Ensures that store operations follow the standard operating procedures
  • Leads, plans and coordinates with other concerned Departments on store openings
  • Monitors the supplies inventory at each store
  • Monitors the performance of store employees and provides training as necessary
  • Addresses concerns on inventory, sales, display and schedule of employees
  • Develops, implements and executes marketing campaigns such as print media, web, social media, broadcast, and others
  • Carry out customer feedback survey, market researches and competitive intelligence in order to keep up-to-date with customer expectations, market trends and opportunities
  • Develops marketing and promotional materials and manages the use thereof
  • Develops, recommends and monitors successful implementation of timely Sales Promotions, Partner and/Customer incentives programs, and the like
  • Taps and engages expertise of a third-party Ad or Marketing agency when necessary.
  • Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or marketing, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
  • Proven experience in store operations management, including SOP implementation and inventory monitoring.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating store openings is an advantage.
  • Strong background in marketing, promotions, and campaign execution across digital and traditional channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to support business decisions.
  • Experience in staff supervision, performance monitoring, and training.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel between store locations if required.
