Job summary

TigerUX is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead day-to-day store activities across multiple locations. You will manage staffing, customer service, inventory, and compliance, while driving performance improvements and revenue growth through effective merchandising and upselling.

You will recruit, onboard, train, and schedule store personnel, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in retail sales and operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores, branches, or retail locations.
• Strong background in sales management, sales target achievement, performance analysis, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Experience in recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and staff scheduling.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, store operations, and loss prevention.
• Strong understanding of customer service and visual merchandising standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Knowledge of company policies, labor regulations, health and safety standards, and other statutory requirements relevant to retail operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willing to travel extensively within Negros for regular store visits.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required by retail operations.

• Coordinate with Marketing and store teams to maintain attractive and effective product displays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, labor regulations, and operational procedures.
