Job summary

Golden ABC, Incorporated operates several retail outlets and seeks a Store Operations Leader to manage daily store activities, ensure policy compliance, and drive sales through effective merchandising and service excellence.

The role includes supervising staff, coordinating purchasing, forecasting, and presenting performance reports to support strategic decisions while maintaining brand standards and inventory control.

Qualifications

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 2 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Willing to be assigned to SM Manila

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees all facets of the daily operations of one or more retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Performs or manages purchasing and ordering of general supplies.
• Maintains sales and inventory records, performs forecasting by reviewing sales history; prepares and presents periodic and scheduled performance reports.
• Participates in the development of operating goals and objectives of the store; recommends, implements and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations.
• Ensures action is taken to achieve store sales targets and corrects negative sales trends.
• Ensures the maintenance of merchandise standards to maximize sales; ensures the execution of the visual presentation direction and updates; ensures the maintenance of a clean, neat and organized store.
• Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times; ensures execution of the company's service policies.
• Performs ad hoc tasks as required.
