Job summary

TigerUX is seeking an accomplished Operations Director to oversee the performance of multiple stores in Cebu City. You will lead Area Managers, drive KPIs, and ensure consistency of standards and compliance.

The role collaborates with Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, HR and Finance to resolve issues, optimize inventory, and implement continuous improvement. Travel may be required; a strong leadership and hands-on approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8 years of experience in large-scale food retail operations.
• At least 3 years of experience managing large teams in a multi-store environment.
• Strong leadership and team development experience, including managing Area Managers or equivalent roles.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, and store operations oversight.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, purchasing, and other business units.
• Discount or international retail exposure is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Results-driven with a hands-on approach to operations and problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations and performance of multiple stores.
• Lead and develop Area Managers or equivalent roles to achieve business and operational targets.
• Monitor KPIs including sales, productivity, inventory, shrinkage, staffing, and customer service.
• Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, policies, food safety, and compliance requirements.
• Drive effective inventory management, stock availability, replenishment, and loss control.
• Partner with Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance to resolve operational issues.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage workforce planning, leadership development, and performance improvement.
• Support new store openings, operational projects, and business initiatives.
• Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to operational and business improvement initiatives.
