Job summary

Juan Gadget is seeking a capable Retail Operations Leader to manage daily store operations in Greenhills, San Juan City. You will ensure SOP compliance, oversee POS/inventory systems, and coordinate onboarding and training across branches.

Bring 5+ years in retail ops, strong leadership and communication, and a track record of supervising multiple branches. Competitive package and full-time on-site role offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant retail operations experience.
• Experience supervising retail branches or multiple store locations.
• Strong knowledge of POS, inventory, and retail management systems.
• Proven leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Can effectively coordinate with branch personnel and head office teams.

• Available to start as soon as possible.
