Develop strategies to grow sales and acquire new customers.

You will oversee sales performance, drive local marketing and brand awareness, coach the sales team, and ensure stores comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course.

• Supervisory/managerial experience in sales.
• Willing to travel around Central Luzon.

Responsibilities

• AREA SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT: oversee regional sales activities and coordination.
• DATA MONITORING AND REPORTING: track sales performance and prepare reports.
• PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: coach and develop the sales team.

The Retail Sales Head is responsible for leading and supervising Retail Sales Coordinators, managing assigned areas, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners. The role involves addressing partner concerns related to technical, delivery, billing, and collection matters, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring proper documentation of contracts and business requirements. The Retail Sales Head develops business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, acquire new customers, and strengthen existing accounts. The position also oversees sales performance, leads local marketing and brand awareness initiatives, coaches and develops the sales team, and ensures that assigned stores comply with company policies, standards, and operating procedures.
