Brenton International Venture Manufacturing Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Retail Sales Head to lead Retail Sales Coordinators across Central Luzon, manage accounts, and address partner concerns on technical, delivery, billing, and collection matters. Develop strategies to grow sales and acquire new customers.

You will oversee sales performance, drive local marketing and brand awareness, coach the sales team, and ensure stores comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course.
• MBA is an advantage.
• Significant sales background in the related industry.
• Supervisory/managerial experience in sales.
• Willing to travel around Central Luzon.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Knowledgeable in account management and accounting.
• Strong organization with a problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• AREA SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT: oversee regional sales activities and coordination.
• DATA MONITORING AND REPORTING: track sales performance and prepare reports.
• PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: coach and develop the sales team.
• RISK ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT: identify risks affecting sales and operations.
• INTERNAL CONTROL AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE: ensure compliance and controls.
• CONFORMANCE (OH, SAFETY, & ENVIRONMENT): uphold safety and environmental standards.
• COMPLIANCE (STATUTORY & REGULATORY): ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
