Job summary

SM Fashion in Taguig is seeking an accomplished Retail Sales Manager to lead daily store performance and customer relations. You will monitor sales against targets, mentor staff, ensure proper visual display standards, and uphold store cleanliness and presentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of managerial retail experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach to convert complaints into satisfaction while building long-term relationships with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
At least 2 years’ related retail work experience in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and customer service orientation with knowledge of basic business management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Monitors departmental sales vs. target on a daily basis, identifies causes of poor performance and recommends solutions to Regional Manager for proper action.
Proactively seeks customer interactions, builds sustained relationships with top 100 customers and converts the ones with complaints into happy shoppers.
Explains display standards to sales clerks and regularly checks if items are arranged properly, areas are clean and asks for repair or replacement of broken fixtures.
Conducts daily checking on team's knowledge (product, promos, store layout/services), look (uniform, posture, grooming), personality (greeting, spiels).
