SM Fashion is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and cultivate strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include monitoring departmental sales against targets, ensuring proper display standards, supervising staff, and maintaining store cleanliness and grooming.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, at least 2 years of retail management experience, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar
• At least 2 years’ related retail work experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Monitors departmental sales vs. target on a daily basis, identifies causes of poor performance and recommends solutions to Regional Manager for proper action.
• Proactively seeks customer interactions, builds sustained relationships with top 100 customers and converts the ones with complaints into happy shoppers.
• Explains display standards to sales clerks and regularly checks if items are arranged properly, areas are clean and asks for repair or replacement of broken fixtures.
• Conducts daily checking on team's knowledge (product, promos, store layout/services), look (uniform, posture, grooming), personality (greeting, spiels).
