You will coach staff on product knowledge and service standards, enforce display guidelines, and build sustained relationships with top customers.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and at least two years in retail management are required; strong leadership and communication are essential.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar.
• At least 2 years’ related retail work experience in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Monitors daily sales vs. target and escalates issues with Regional Manager with corrective actions.
• Proactively engages customers, builds relationships with top 100 clients and resolves complaints.
• Enforces display standards, checks cleanliness and requests fixture repairs or replacements.
• Daily checks on team knowledge, appearance, and customer-facing behavior.
