SM Retail, Inc. - Corporate is seeking a capable retail manager in the Cebu Consolacion area. The role involves monitoring daily sales against targets, fostering strong relationships with top customers, and ensuring displays are compliant and well-presented.

You will lead by example, coach staff on product knowledge, and uphold service standards across the team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar and has at least two years of managerial retail

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail managerial experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Monitor departmental sales vs. target daily and report to Regional Manager.
• Proactively engage top 100 customers and resolve complaints to convert to satisfied shoppers.
• Explain display standards to sales clerks and ensure proper arrangement and clean fixtures.
• Conduct daily knowledge checks on product, promos, store layout/services, appearance and conduct.
