Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a Luxury Watch Operations Specialist to manage inventory, tracking, and secure storage of high-value timepieces for private viewings and VIP client experiences.

You will coordinate private viewings, support collectors, oversee global consignments, service appointments, and after-sales activity, while ensuring authentication, valuation, security, and gallery standards are rigorously followed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, auction houses, or luxury watch operations.
• Strong knowledge of luxury watches, including movements, craftsmanship, and resale market.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with high-net-worth clients.
