Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, auction houses, or luxury watch operations.
• Strong knowledge of luxury watches, including movements, craftsmanship, and resale market.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory, tracking, and secure storage of high-value luxury timepieces from leading brands.
• Deliver exceptional client service by coordinating private viewings, providing collector support, and offering VIP concierge assistance.
• Oversee operational activities, including global consignments, service appointments, and after-sales support.
• Ensure compliance with authentication, valuation, security, and gallery operational standards.
