Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a detail-oriented Watch Technician in the Philippines to inspect and authenticate luxury watches, assess condition, and support quality control. You will examine movements, cases, dials, references, and other components for authenticity while maintaining precise inventory records and documentation.

The role requires 2+ years' related experience, strong knowledge of mechanical watches, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team on onsite

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling, inspecting, or authenticating luxury watches.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical watch movements, components, and construction.
• Experience with luxury/multi-brand watches is required.
• Background in a watch repair center, luxury watch retailer, auction house, or established watch organization is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify counterfeit, modified, or replaced components.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willing to work full onsite in Makati City.
