Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience & Sales

• Provide a high level of personalized service to clients, ensuring a premium and memorable shopping experience

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including VIP and repeat customers

• Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable luxury products

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service with professionalism

2. Brand Representation

• Uphold and embody the image, values, and standards of a luxury brand

• Maintain a polished, well-groomed, and professional appearance at all times

• Ensure all client interactions reflect exclusivity and sophistication

• Stay knowledgeable about product details, brand history, and industry trends

3. Store Operations

• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained

• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and product display

• Monitor product availability and coordinate with management for restocking

• Support store opening and closing procedures

4. Sales Administration

• Accurately process sales transactions using POS systems

• Prepare sales reports and maintain proper documentation of transactions

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols

5. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to achieve store goals

• Support training and onboarding of new staff when needed

• Communicate effectively with management regarding store performance and customer feedback
