This full-time role oversees daily retail operations, drives sales growth, and ensures top-tier customer service across our retail locations. You will manage staff performance, optimise inventory, build relationships with supermarkets and local outlets, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Online Operations to deliver seamless O2O experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.

• Strong understanding of Philippine retail channels and distributor management.
• Experience with offline marketing, retail promotions, and O2O initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine business culture, laws, and regulations.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Results-oriented, proactive, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

Summer Technic Corp. is seeking a Retail Operations Officer to join our dynamic team in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail locations. As Retail Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day retail operations, managing staff performance, optimising inventory management, and driving sales growth. This position is central to maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational excellence across all retail touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Retail Channel Operations

  • Support the planning, development, and optimization of offline sales channels.
  • Develop and manage relationships with supermarkets and local retail outlets.
  • Support distributor and retail partner expansion to increase brand coverage and market penetration.

• Channel & Partner Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors.
  • Support sales target setting, incentive programs, and KPI monitoring.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, logistics, and after-sales concerns.
  • Identify operational issues and coordinate solutions promptly.

• Marketing & O2O Activities

  • Assist in planning and executing offline marketing activities, including:
    • Product trials
    • Pop-up stores
    • Counter promotions
    • In-store activations
  • Coordinate with online teams to strengthen Online-to-Offline (O2O) initiatives.

• Market Research & Business Development

  • Monitor Philippine beauty market trends and competitor activities.
  • Research retail channel strategies and consumer behavior.
  • Prepare market and sales reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Support product, pricing, and channel expansion strategies.

• Team & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Marketing, and Online Operations teams.
  • Help ensure timely stock replenishment and healthy inventory turnover.
  • Support the development of efficient retail processes and operations.
