Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail management or similar role.
• Experience in tech/electronics or drone/gadget retail is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail operations at our SM CDO location in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving the success of our store and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, from staff management and financial performance to inventory control and customer satisfaction. This position is integral to achieving our business objectives and maintaining our reputation as a leading retailer in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate sales and support staff.
