Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 5–8 years of retail sales and operations experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record overseeing multiple stores or locations.
• Strong leadership, analytics, and revenue growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing, staffing, inventory, and customer service.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to maintain standard operational practices across stores.
• Monitor performance and identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and positive shopping experiences.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of staff.
• Oversee inventory processes, stock counts, and loss prevention.
• Track sales trends, support sales initiatives, and coordinate merchandising.
