Job summary

Tiger Ux is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead daily store functions across multiple locations. The role includes opening/closing, staff management, inventory control, and customer service excellence.

You will coordinate with the Sales Manager and other departments to uphold standards, analyze performance, and implement improvements. Travel within Negros and weekend/shift work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in retail sales and operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of managing multiple stores, branches, or retail locations.
• Strong background in sales management, achieving sales targets, performance analysis, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Experience in recruitment, employee training, coaching, performance management, and staff scheduling.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, store operations, and loss prevention practices.
• Strong understanding of customer service and visual merchandising standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of company policies, labor regulations, health and safety standards, and other statutory requirements applicable to retail operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Negros for regular store visits.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required by retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, inventory, and customer service.
• Work with the Sales Manager and other departments to maintain consistent operational standards across all stores.
• Evaluate store performance and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and other concerns; upsell when appropriate.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise retail staff, cashiers, and merchandisers.
• Prepare and oversee staff schedules based on operations and staffing requirements.
• Supervise inventory activities: receiving, stocking, counts, and stock level monitoring.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies; implement loss prevention measures.
• Track sales performance and coordinate with Marketing on product displays and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety standards, and labor regulations.
• Maintain administrative records and submit operational reports as required.
• Carry out other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
