Job summary

TigerUx is seeking a Regional Manager for Retail/Grocery to oversee multi-site operations across Cavite, Laguna, Caloocan, Manila, and surrounding areas in the Philippines. You will lead store performance, merchandising, and customer experience while expanding regional networks and driving efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of leadership in retail or multi-site management, strong budgeting and stakeholder skills, and a track record in strategic planning and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in retail, operations, or multi-site management.
• Strong expertise in regional operations, store expansion, and performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and representation skills when dealing with external partners and organizations.
• Experience in strategic planning, network development, and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively, including marketing and operational expenditures.
• Experience in handling customer concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of contract management, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight.
• Proven people leadership, performance management, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations, store performance, and expansion initiatives.
• Drive sales, merchandising, pricing, customer experience, and operational standards.
• Develop regional plans, budgets, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop teams, ensuring strong performance and accountability.
• Manage vendors, contracts, maintenance, and external business relationships.
• Address escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Represent the company with external partners and key stakeholders.
• Provide performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
