Qualifications

• Strategic thinker who can contribute to operational improvements and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Create store strategy per location, including forecasting sales and risk-adjusted growth.
• Identify, create and manage the execution of store business plans to drive KPIs and opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance of branches in coordination with Store Managers.
• Identify underperforming stores and develop improvement plans.
• Lead the preparation of annual action plans and operating budget.
• Formulate strategies to optimize space and manpower productivity.
