HRTx Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Mandaluyong to lead multi-store restaurant operations onsite. The role emphasizes BOH management, food safety, and rigorous adherence to brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.

You will oversee NSO activity, drive KPIs across stores, and mentor Operations Managers to uphold performance and service quality in a fast-paced casual dining environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of restaurant operations leadership experience.
• Strong background in high-volume casual dining operations.
• Proven NSO (New Store Openings) expertise.
• Expertise in BOH/kitchen operations and food safety.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ops across multiple stores.
• Lead NSO initiatives and ensure smooth openings.
• Drive profitability, labor productivity, food cost, and inventory.
• Ensure restaurant safety and compliance with brand standards.
• Coach and develop Operations Managers and Store Leaders.
• Collaborate with HR, QA, Supply Chain, and Training.
