Job summary

TigerUx seeks an Area Manager for Food Retail/Grocery to oversee multi-site stores across Cavite, Caloocan, Manila and nearby provinces. You will conduct regular store visits, review performance with Store Managers, and ensure SOP adherence, staffing, and training.

Lead recruitment, coordinate local marketing, analyze KPIs, manage budgets, and drive sales growth. Travel is required; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in retail, fast food, or multi-site operations; F&B experience required.
• Strong people leadership with 3+ years managing store managers.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and performance monitoring.
• Experience overseeing multiple store locations and new openings.
• Ability to analyze KPIs, manage budgets, and drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits and review performance with Store Managers.
• Support and guide newly opened stores to SOPs.
• Ensure local marketing and promotions are implemented.
• Coordinate communication between stores and regional office.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and staffing of store personnel.
• Train and develop Store Managers and run training programs.
• Manage leave schedules for Store Managers and ASMs.
• Suggest Store Manager candidates and staffing recommendations.
• Participate in management meetings and drive improvements.
