Job summary

TigerUx is seeking a Sales Manager for Food Retail/Grocery to oversee operations across multiple stores in Cavite, Laguna, and Metro Manila. You will lead Area Managers, drive KPIs, and ensure consistent execution of store standards, inventory control, and customer service.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 8 years in large-scale food retail, and at least 3 years managing big teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in large-scale food retail operations.
• At least 3 years of experience leading large teams in a multi-store environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations and performance of multiple stores
• Lead and develop Area Managers to achieve business and operational targets
• Monitor KPIs including sales, productivity, inventory, shrinkage, staffing, and customer service
• Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, policies, food safety, and compliance requirements
• Drive effective inventory management, stock availability, replenishment, and loss control
• Partner with Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance to resolve operational issues
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage workforce planning, leadership development, and performance improvement
• Support new store openings, operational projects, and business initiatives
• Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management
