The role focuses on AI adoption, digital transformation, and scalable technology that accelerates business growth.

You will guide a local IT team, manage budgets and risk, and collaborate across regions to ensure secure, reliable IT operations and aligned execution of modernization programs.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of solid experience in a senior IT leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems through process improvement, system enhancement, automation, and organizational change.
• Experience as a Project Manager or Program Leader for global IT solution implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, AI adoption, business process redesign, or enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, IT teams, Global Headquarters, regional teams, and external partners.
• Experience leading a global or regional organization and collaborating with Global Headquarters and other regional teams.
• Experience in IT financial management, including budgeting, investment prioritization, cost optimization, and cost structure reform.
• Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships with external service providers and outsourcing partners.
• Demonstrated people leadership, succession planning, capability development, and organizational transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the organization's IT systems and department capabilities to maintain a stable, secure, and reliable IT environment for the entire business.
• Create strategies for new or enhanced business solutions and ensure the proper execution of IT infrastructure and technology initiatives.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with Global Headquarters and other regional teams for global solution development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Direct and manage the execution of IT projects with regional and global IT teams, ensuring solutions are fully adopted and operationally established.
• Prepare, manage, and control IT budgets, expenses, investment priorities, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Effectively enforce the security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with external IT partners and service providers.
• Lead the local IT team by establishing succession plans, developing future leaders, and building a strong and sustainable IT organization through leadership by example.
• Accelerate business process automation and standardization initiatives to improve work efficiency and operational quality.
• Lead company-wide AI adoption initiatives and establish AI-enabled business processes to improve planning quality, decision-making quality, productivity, and execution capability across the organization.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where technology, automation, data utilization, and AI can improve business performance and support company growth targets.
• Promote data-driven decision-making across business functions by leveraging analytics, operational insights, and AI solutions.
• Develop and manage strategic technology partnerships to create a scalable operating model, while enabling internal teams to focus on governance, business innovation, and value creation.
• Lead organizational transformation by strengthening AI capabilities, redesigning roles and ways of working, and building a high-performing team that supports long-term business growth.
• Define and monitor business-focused KPIs, including adoption, productivity, operational quality, scalability, and business impact, and ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
