You will design AI-powered automation to improve auto-judging, work with Product, Tech and Data teams to define metrics and guardrails, and translate business problems into clear technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Master's degree is a plus but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant full-time experience in AI-driven products, AI automation, AI transformation, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of turning data into actionable insights and decisions.
• Demonstrated experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured technical requirements for Product/Tech/Data teams.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse user pain points and benchmark competitors to identify gaps in the post-purchase experience.
• Drive operational excellence by reducing costs and risks while improving customer experience.
• Design AI-powered automation to improve auto-judging accuracy and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech and Data teams to set metrics, guardrails, and rollout plans for AI decisions.
• Perform data analysis and market research to derive insights and guide strategic improvements.
