Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Finance - Change Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives and ensure adoption of new processes, systems, and controls.

This hands-on role collaborates with Finance Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to plan change impacts, communications, training, go-live support, and post-go-live embedding.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in change/project management within finance, ERP implementations, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of change management or project management experience.
• Experience supporting Finance transformation or process improvement.
• ERP or Finance system implementations preferred.
• Experience in global/matrix organizations advantageous.
• Finance Shared Services, Banking, or Professional Services exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess impacts on people, processes, technology, controls, and service delivery.
• Identify risks, challenges, and potential resistance to change.
• Assess readiness for upcoming changes and plan adoption.
• Maintain change impact records, owners, and actions.
• Develop change and adoption plans; monitor progress.
• Create communication materials for stakeholders.
• Support training, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare readiness and risk assessments and status dashboards.
