Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a senior data engineering specialist to design and operate real-time streaming pipelines, integrate generative AI with enterprise data, and ensure secure, low-latency data storage across systems.

You will implement IaC with Terraform, manage data governance, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive quality through testing and architectural leadership, aligning delivery with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Google Professional Data Engineer certification.
• 3+ years in GCP data ecosystem and real-time streaming pipelines.
• ≥1 year in LLM orchestration and enterprise data grounding.
• ≥2 years with Google CCAIP/ Dialogflow CX.
• ≥2 years IaC with Terraform; cloud security governance.
• Strong system architecture, debugging, and performance skills.
• Proficient in Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize real-time streaming pipelines for voice and chat data.
• Integrate generative AI with enterprise knowledge bases to enhance conversational accuracy.
• Maintain low-latency databases for secure storage of session states and metadata.
• Design scalable, resilient, high-performance system architectures.
• Delegate and manage engineering tasks to boost productivity and capability development.
• Develop and execute testing processes to identify issues and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements and ensure project delivery.
• Oversee automated PII redaction workflows to meet data privacy requirements.
