Job summary

UNIQLO Philippines is seeking an IT Manager who will lead the IT function across the business, ensuring a stable, secure technology environment and driving digital transformation and AI-enabled processes.

You will partner with Global Headquarters and regional teams, manage IT budgets, and build a high-performing team while accelerating automation and data-driven decision making to support growth. This role requires 10+ years in senior IT leadership and strong project management experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a senior IT leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems via process improvement and automation.
• Experience as a Project Manager or Program Leader for global IT solutions.
• Demonstrated digital transformation, AI adoption, and enterprise-wide change programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Global HQ, regional teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of IT systems to maintain a stable, secure, and reliable IT environment for the business.
• Create strategies for new or enhanced business solutions and oversee IT initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with Global Headquarters and regional teams for solution development and improvement.
• Direct IT projects with regional/global teams, ensuring adoption and operation readiness.
• Prepare, manage, and control IT budgets and cost optimization initiatives.
• Enforce security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
• Develop relationships with external IT partners and service providers.
• Lead the local IT team with succession planning and capability development.
• Accelerate automation and standardization of business processes.
• Lead AI adoption initiatives and establish AI-enabled processes to improve planning, decision-making and productivity.
• Partner with business leaders to identify tech-enabled growth opportunities.
• Promote data-driven decision-making through analytics and AI solutions.
• Develop strategic tech partnerships to enable scalable operating models.
• Drive organizational transformation to build a high-performing IT function.
