Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 7+ years of experience in data science, ML, or AI
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience building production‑grade models
• Experience with marketing analytics and customer segmentation

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML and analytics solutions across customer acquisition, engagement, retention, personalization, and growth
• Translate business challenges into data science roadmaps and measurable outcomes with stakeholders
• Design customer intelligence initiatives including segmentation, propensity modeling, recommendations, and LTV predictions
• Ensure governance, validation, and monitoring of production models for reliability
• Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, CRM, and Marketing to operationalize models
• Mentor and develop a high-performing Data Science team
