Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking an IT Manager (Project Management and Business Analysis Group) to lead planning, analysis, delivery, and governance of business and technology initiatives across retail platforms.

The role oversees software and infrastructure projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives, while aligning with strategic goals. This shared resource supports Retail Systems projects across the Drugstore Segment and is expected to possess

Qualifications

• Experience leading PM and BA efforts for multi-project programs.
• Strong communication with business and IT teams.
• Experience in retail technology domains (POS, eCommerce, CRM).
• Ability to facilitate workshops and acceptance testing (UAT).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of software and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Apply project management methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications and validate solutions.
