Qualifications

• Experience leading PM and BA efforts for multi-project programs.
• Strong communication with business and IT teams.
• Experience in retail technology domains (POS, eCommerce, CRM).
• Ability to facilitate workshops and acceptance testing (UAT).

Job Summary

The IT Manager (Project Management and Business Analysis Group) is responsible for leading the planning, analysis, delivery, and governance of business and technology initiatives. The role oversees software and infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives while maintaining alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.

This shared resource supports Retail Systems projects across the Drugstore Segment and is expected to possess strong business and technology expertise in retail platforms, particularly Point-of-Sale (POS), eCommerce, Loyalty/CRM, Customer Data, Marketing, and Store Operations applications. The role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of retail technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of software and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Apply project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project outcomes.

Business Analysis and Solution Delivery

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Facilitate workshops, requirements discussions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation activities.
