Job summary

Anko JV Company, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the stability, security, and efficiency of the Philippines IT infrastructure and retail systems. The role reports to the Country Manager/CEO and leads a small IT team while coordinating with global IT teams and external vendors.

The candidate will manage day-to-day IT operations, drive governance and performance metrics, and align local needs with global technology strategies for Head Office and store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing IT operations within a retail, multi-site environment.
• Experience supporting retail technology systems, including POS and inventory platforms.
• Experience implementing technology projects and system upgrades.
• Experience managing vendors and technology service providers.
• Experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the IT strategic plan.
• Oversee store systems (POS, inventory) and network.
• Coordinate with global IT teams and external vendors.
• Ensure IT security, data protection, and compliance.
