Anko Philippines is seeking a Property, Leasing & Development Manager to lead the leasing strategy and manage the property portfolio for the local network. The role covers site identification, acquisition, negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and portfolio optimization to support growth.
The candidate will oversee end-to-end property functions, coordinate with Finance, Operations, and the Country Leadership Team, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of new stores and capital projects.
The Property, Leasing & Development Manager is responsible for leading the leasing strategy and property portfolio management for Anko Philippines. The role oversees the full lease lifecycle, including site identification, acquisition, lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and portfolio optimisation.
The role is accountable for the end-to-end property function, ensuring alignment between network expansion strategy, site acquisition, commercial negotiations, and portfolio management.
