Job summary

Anko Philippines is seeking a Property, Leasing & Development Manager to lead the leasing strategy and manage the property portfolio for the local network. The role covers site identification, acquisition, negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and portfolio optimization to support growth.

The candidate will oversee end-to-end property functions, coordinate with Finance, Operations, and the Country Leadership Team, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of new stores and capital projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in retail or commercial leasing.
• Knowledge of property development and leasing legislation.
• Strong network across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the property network strategy to support growth.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and secure new store opportunities in line with plans.
• Manage landlord, developer, agent, and stakeholder relationships for optimal outcomes.
• Lead lease renewals, rent reviews, relocations, and portfolio optimization.
• Oversee store development, fit-out, refurbishment, and capex projects.
• Ensure new stores are delivered on schedule and within budget for handover.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Country Leadership to maximise portfolio performance.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
