Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee the operation, governance, and control of IT infrastructure across head office, stores, warehouses, and distribution centers. The role focuses on IT asset management, incident management, equipment deployment, inventory control, and lifecycle management to support business operations.

A key focus is establishing structured processes, accurate asset records, and robust operational controls enabling scalable IT support for MR DIY

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or IT asset management.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site retail operations is highly preferred.
• Experience implementing IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT asset management, incident management, equipment deployment, inventory control, and lifecycle management.
• Establish structured processes and accurate asset records for scalable IT support.
• Rebuild and verify IT asset register across locations; ensure traceability of assets.
• Design and implement IT asset dispatch workflows and lifecycle management program.
• Support store openings, relocations, and closures with reliable IT infrastructure.
