Job summary

MUJI Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT infrastructure, operations, and support across our retail stores, warehouses, and corporate offices. The role drives availability, security, performance, and continuous improvement of IT services while managing projects and vendors.

You will bring hands-on Azure and M365 expertise, advanced networking knowledge, and strong leadership to guide a technical team through multiple priorities in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 5–8 years IT experience with leadership in infrastructure or IT management.
• Experience managing IT across multiple locations.
• Hands-on with Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi) and security.
• Experience with servers, cloud infrastructure, backup, DR, and endpoint management.
• Retail IT experience preferred, supporting multi-store operations.
• ITIL Foundation and Cisco CCNA certifications required.
• AZ-104, CCNP, MS Azure Architect certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations across stores, warehouses, and offices.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT services.
• Manage incidents, escalations, SLAs and service requests.
• Develop and implement IT processes, standards, and governance.
• Lead IT projects, budgets, and vendor partnerships.
• Oversee cloud migration, migrations to Azure, and modernization efforts.
• Manage retail tech systems including POS, ERP, and e‑commerce integrations.
• Direct IT security policies, access controls, monitoring, and audits.
